And now is the most favorite part of mine…the answering of question!!!

1 ) When and why did you start your blog?

I started blogging on March, last year. (Oh yeah…come to think of it, my blog is about to reach a milestone of an year!)

2 ) What’s your epic moment in blogging?

When I had my first follower. The reason is because I had another blog earlier which hardly received any views and followers were nothing to think about. So you see, when I received a notification that someone has followed me, you can never imagine my excitement with flooded through my veins and had me doing a victory dance for the next half-an-hour.

3 ) What part of the blogging you like the most?

The writing part which is mostly poems and sometimes stories.  This is the part where I get to express my feelings, the part where I can get a small population read my works, comment, feedback and share their views. Writing in my blog is my hobby. My blog is my diary, a place where my soul belongs.

4 ) What’s your profession? Full time blogger?

Nah…No profession for me, you see… 😀

5 ) What’s on the top of your bucket list?

Right now it is to complete my painting which has been pending since a month. Then there is learning some manners, thinking before speaking, being punctual and organized and blah, blah, blah…

And here are the 5 questions for the bloggers I’ve nominated.

  1. What is your hobby? Why do you prefer it?
  2. If you had the power to change one thing in the world so that it benefits the population, then what would it be?
  3. Do you prefer exercising? Or couch-surfing?
  4. What is that moment in your life which you’ll cherish til your last breath?
  5. Lastly, what is your most treasured possession? Why do you value it above the others?

So…here has come the moment to end this post. I thank  the person who nominated me to this award. I also thank all the readers who read my post till the last word. And remember, you are the BEST!

-me.

Okay, so this was a beautiful, eye-captivating flower which I observed amongst the various awesome flowers kept for exhibition in a place close by.

And now, here’s the question for you. Can you guess the name of the flower? (Cuz I’ve got no idea what is is, and I want your help!!)

The one minute poem challenge

Hey guys. So…this is a killer-challenge set up by me, for me. As the name hints, it revolves around the task of writing a four-lined poem within a minute.

I mean, that’s so not easy and the resulting poems aren’t really good too. Bu then, the art of poem writing itself is very subtle and capturing it within a minute is difficult. So…here is my first try,

The wings whisper stories untold,

Birds flying up, so valiant and bold.

Up the mountains and valley broad,

where the climate turns frosty and cold…

Not very good, yeah I know. Bu that’s OKay! 😛

I have gotten a trophy for the blitz 7-round chess tournament. Its a third prize, though. Actually till the second round, my point ensured the fact that I would get first place. But then, I lost the last round and slipped two places down.    😦

Dedicated to today, the world water day

Drops right from the heavens,

Falls on the swept floor,

We do not care for it,

We believe there’s always more

It’s there in the pond and the lake and the stream,

And seas and ocean, it may seem

But we always know, and never care,

But we will regret when the earth goes bare,

Then we’ll realize, money cannot

Be turned into water or a little plant,

So friends, we should save every drop,

Whether bath or brush or wash or mop!
